1. Sales Executive – Bristol

Job Type: Full Time, Competitive Salary

Job Description

The Sales Executive will work closely with Sales Managers with a view to developing sales and servicing customer requirements in our Industrial Division to a high standard, primarily by telephone. They will also be responsible for relationship building, account management and lead generation in order to maximize potential sales from new and existing pipelines.

Duties will include:

  • Following up leads generated by sales and marketing activities via telephone.
  • Identifying potential customers and following up to achieve new sales or, where appropriate, booking appointments for field sales managers
  • Initiating regular and systematic telephone follow up of customers and maintaining records using a CRM system.
  • Attending and participating in outside events, eg exhibitions on occasions.

Candidates will be expected to have proven, successful sales experience with the ability to sell over the telephone as well as face to face and a thorough understanding of margin criteria.

You will have a confident communication style and strong written and IT skills.

As part of a small, hands-on team you will be expected to take the initiative, prioritise your workload and plan in order to meet targets and deadlines.

2. Junior Graphic Designer – Bristol

The Tildenet Group Ltd is an ambitious and fast growing company based in Bristol with an international presence and operations in Dubai and India and expanding range of products across horticulture, sport and industry including the Agriframes, Haxnicks and Mainframe brands.

As part of the development of our talented team we are now seeking an experienced and proactive Junior Graphic Designer to support the production of all in house print and digital design as well as handling day to day artworking and imagery requirements.

You will have the opportunity to help shape the Tildenet graphic identity, develop our visual language from a branding point of view and work towards greater consistency across all representations of our brands in print and online.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Creating graphics for websites, e-shots and digital marketing campaigns
  • Supporting the management of the in-house image libraries and dealing with image requests
  • Working to visual and brand guidelines for each brand
  • Creating print ready artwork for use in the press and in sales literature
  • Providing artwork support to the wider design team
  • Creating artwork for physical events such as posters and large format displays
  • Ad hoc photography for PR and product catalogues and editing of images from in-house shoots.
  • Designing additional marketing collateral including corporate stationery
  • Monthly contributions to Marketing Team meetings and reports
  • Creating CAD/Sketch up drawings for bespoke product designs

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
  • A portfolio demonstrating experience corporate literature and working to brand guidelines
  • Qualification in graphic design, or related design course
  • CAD and/or Sketch up experience would be an advantage
  • Detail oriented and organised approach to designing and responding to team requirements
  • Good communication skills and confidence in working across different teams
  • Excellent time management skills & the ability to work to deadlines

3. Key Account Manager – Gardenware

Job Type: Full Time

As part of a programme of sustained growth we are now seeking to develop our Sales team with the recruitment of an experienced and ambitious Key Account Manager to help drive sales in our gardenware retail division.

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Key/National accounts, and for delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs. They will also be responsible for maintaining a strong sales pipeline through effective relationship building, account management and lead generation

Duties will include:

  • Managing prestigious and high worth accounts across the retail division
  • Devising annual business plans & goals with each key account
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key accounts at both buyer and senior management level
  • Identifying short and long term potentials and avenues of growth
  • Presenting proposals to prospective clients
  • Regular reviews of business performance, promotion strategies
  • Maintaining tight budget control over expenditure
  • Forecasting and tracking key account metrics
  • Keeping management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as monthly and annual territory analyses
  • Keeping up to date with market trend and competitor activity by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, productsnew products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc

  • Managing all consumer orders and communication on behalf of the company, ensuring timely presentation of new products and services
  • Liaising on behalf of key account clients with other internal and external teams to ensure service levels reflect client expectation
  • Taking ownership of any customer complaints or issues by developing solutions, clarifying agreements and reporting progress and recommendations to managers.

  • Excellent organizational and planning ability
  • Confident understanding of margins and negotiation within set criteria
  • Good communication skills with a polished and consultative sales style
  • Strong ability to research and evaluate internal and external information, analyse data, report and make recommendations
  • A proactive, positive and team orientated mindset
  • A willingness to work away from home base on occasion
