1. Trade Sales Account Manager

Full Time / Salary Negotiable

Agriframes is a prestige Consumer Brand designing, manufacturing and supplying high quality garden structures to customers both direct and via carefully selected trade relationships.

The Trade Sales Account Manager will be responsible for developing these trade relationships and increasing our opportunities in a new role created to manage rapid growth at an exciting time for the business.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing new trade accounts within a carefully researched and selected network
  • Developing partnerships and affiliations with selected garden centres, landscapers and associations
  • Making on site visits to establish specification on garden projects and developing comprehensive designs and quotations
  • Assisting with the development of trade catalogues and website
  • Assisting with the management of existing trade accounts and high value consumer projects
  • Attending trade shows and networking events

Person Specification

  • Successful track record in a similar consultative sales role
  • Proven ability to prospect and convert high value accounts
  • A background or interest in gardening or Horticulture would be an advantage
  • Experience of managing prestigious accounts
  • Excellent organisational and planning ability
  • Confident understanding of margins and negotiation within set criteria
  • Good communication skills with a polished and consultative sales style
  • Strong ability to research and evaluate internal and external information, analyse data, report and make recommendations
  • Experience of AutoCAD or similar design software is highly desirable
  • A proactive, positive and team orientated mindset
  • A willingness to work away from home base on a regular basis

2. Sales & Customer Support Executive

Full Time / £17,000

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic candidate with a positive outlook to join a fast growing company and become a key member of a busy Sales team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales and customer service and thrive in a team environment – it may suit a Trainee candidate seeking to develop a career in this area, or alternatively provide an opportunity for someone with experience in Sales or Customer Support to join an established, fast growing independent company.

You will work as part of the Sales team supporting the delivery of excellent customer service and ensuring that orders are processed efficiently and deliveries made on time.

This role will include:

  • Answering inbound customer and supplier calls
  • Accurate input of customer orders into the order-entry system to ensure customer needs are met in a timely and effective manner
  • Providing a key link between the Sales, Customer Service and delivery teams to ensure excellent levels of customer service are maintained
  • Liaising with courier services, trouble shooting where required
  • Taking responsibility for the administration and filing of any related paperwork

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous customer service or sales experience in an office environment
  • Experience with MS Office software, especially Excel, Word and Outlook and CRM or database experience
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and accurately
  • Good “business” communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of internal and external stakeholders and support functions
  • A professional telephone manner
  • A positive and proactive mindset
  • A flexible and hands-on approach to working in a team

3. Marketing & Design Executive

Full Time / £18,000

As part of the development of our talented team we are now seeking an experienced and proactive Marketing and Design Executive to work closely with the Marketing Manager, taking responsibility for the day to day artwork requirements for online and print in addition to general support of the over-all marketing function.

The role will be heavily weighted towards design and artwork, but there will be requirement to assist the department with general marketing, events and ad hoc administration..

Main responsibilities:

  • Creating graphics for digital use on company websites and digital marketing campaigns
  • Preparing product images for use online
  • Managing in-house image libraries and any internal or external image requests
  • Creating print ready artwork for use in press, magazines, newspapers
  • Creating artwork for events, shows and exhibitions
  • Ad hoc photography and image editing
  • Responsibility for managing, designing and updating artwork for product labels, POS and packaging
  • Manage the visual identities of the brands, including assets and guidelines
  • Artwork for corporate stationery
  • Ad hoc design as required
  • Advising any out-sourced designers on visual identity

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Acting as over-flow support for digital marketing – to include website content editing and social media input
  • Answering the phone – communicating with suppliers and customers and assisting with queries
  • Assisting on site with events and exhibitions as required
  • Ad hoc marketing administration

Essential skills & experience:

  • Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator (Mac based)
  • A portfolio demonstrating experience in corporate graphic design
  • Strong written communication skills with an understanding of how to target copy to differing audiences
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in working across different teams
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work to deadlines

Desirable skills & experience:

  • Understanding of print production and experience of negotiating with suppliers
  • Qualification in graphic design or related design course
  • Experience of web-based content management systems
  • Knowledge and experience of varying social media platforms and roles they play in digital marketing

It is likely that the successful candidate will be of graduate calibre with experience in a similar role and with a confident personality, positive mind-set and proactive approach to workload and tight deadlines.
