1. Trade Sales Account Manager

Full Time / Salary Negotiable

Agriframes is a prestige Consumer Brand designing, manufacturing and supplying high quality garden structures to customers both direct and via carefully selected trade relationships.

The Trade Sales Account Manager will be responsible for developing these trade relationships and increasing our opportunities in a new role created to manage rapid growth at an exciting time for the business.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing new trade accounts within a carefully researched and selected network
  • Developing partnerships and affiliations with selected garden centres, landscapers and associations
  • Making on site visits to establish specification on garden projects and developing comprehensive designs and quotations
  • Assisting with the development of trade catalogues and website
  • Assisting with the management of existing trade accounts and high value consumer projects
  • Attending trade shows and networking events

Person Specification

  • Successful track record in a similar consultative sales role
  • Proven ability to prospect and convert high value accounts
  • A background or interest in gardening or Horticulture would be an advantage
  • Experience of managing prestigious accounts
  • Excellent organisational and planning ability
  • Confident understanding of margins and negotiation within set criteria
  • Good communication skills with a polished and consultative sales style
  • Strong ability to research and evaluate internal and external information, analyse data, report and make recommendations
  • Experience of AutoCAD or similar design software is highly desirable
  • A proactive, positive and team orientated mindset
  • A willingness to work away from home base on a regular basis

2. Sales & Customer Support Executive

Full Time / £17,000

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic candidate with a positive outlook to join a fast growing company and become a key member of a busy Sales team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales and customer service and thrive in a team environment – it may suit a Trainee candidate seeking to develop a career in this area, or alternatively provide an opportunity for someone with experience in Sales or Customer Support to join an established, fast growing independent company.

You will work as part of the Sales team supporting the delivery of excellent customer service and ensuring that orders are processed efficiently and deliveries made on time.

This role will include:

  • Answering inbound customer and supplier calls
  • Accurate input of customer orders into the order-entry system to ensure customer needs are met in a timely and effective manner
  • Providing a key link between the Sales, Customer Service and delivery teams to ensure excellent levels of customer service are maintained
  • Liaising with courier services, trouble shooting where required
  • Taking responsibility for the administration and filing of any related paperwork

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous customer service or sales experience in an office environment
  • Experience with MS Office software, especially Excel, Word and Outlook and CRM or database experience
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and accurately
  • Good “business” communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of internal and external stakeholders and support functions
  • A professional telephone manner
  • A positive and proactive mindset
  • A flexible and hands-on approach to working in a team
